Shallow Water Exercise
Fees: $6.50 Adult, $3.50 Senior (Wednesday is Senior $1.00 Day)

This is a drop-in class designed with a series of aquatic exercise movements which will help improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, while minimizing stress on the muscloskeletal system of the body.
